◐ Introduction

Carbon dioxide laser uses CO2 gas as working material. When the CO2 and other auxiliary gases are charged into the discharge tube, the gas molecules can release the laser when high voltage is added to the electrode and glow discharge is produced in the discharge tube. After expanding and focusing the laser energy released, the laser processing can be carried out by deflecting the scanning mirror.

◐ Structure Of The Equipment

The equipment mainly includes double lens laser coding machine, base, lifting and connecting rod mechanism (including lifting cylinder and hand control valve), lifting box body, roller assembly, tire clamping device (including clamping cylinder and hand control valve), etc.

◐ Operating Process

1-the tire is moved to the marking station on the transport track, and the lift lifts the tire to the height that the hook can be removed.

2-Rotate the tire to the desired marking position (you can choose any clock directions, such as 6 o’clock).

3-Turn the manual control valve of the tire clamping device, fasten the tire to the center position, and the crutchs fasten the tire at the same time  so that the tire will not tilt and skew then remove the hook.

4-Turn the manual control valve of the tire clamping device, Lower the tire to the initial position；The height of the lens on both sides is adjusted to the marking position by the vertical column hand wheel, and the focal length of the lens on both sides is adjusted by  the width-adjusting hand wheel (set with infrared focal length indicator lights). After focusing on both sides, the marking machine completes the marking.

5-Lift the tyre to height that the tyre can be loaded into the hook .

6-Turn the clamping device to the open state, remove the tyre and the lift falls back to its original position and the next tire repeats the process.
