ITT CUBO 2500 testing machine adopts vacuum holography technology to be applied in tyre turning industry.
The machine can detect the stripping between the belt layer and the tread of the tyre before grinding and the final quality inspection after tyre refurbishment.The detection system consists of a complete laser diode probe.The detection principle is based on the comparison of the image of the first tire surface with that of the deformed tire surface after decompression.The operation screen shows the differences between the two conditions.The holographic detection function analyzes the condition of each part of the tire so that the operator can grasp the state of a single part or all parts on the operating screen.
The resolution of the machine image is from 2 to 5 mm square machine
The machine is equipped with an automatic retrieval system.Retrieve the three main dimensions required for the probe in the correct position:

Tire test time:
Tyre shoulder to tyre shoulder: 8 minutes, face analysis, 180 seconds
Subhead to subhead: 400 seconds for 8 minute end face analysis
The testing machine is equipped with tire loading and unloading system.
Another significant feature of the machine is the ability to find defects on the tested tire surface and the system software to measure the size of each defect as a means of online technical support.
